Our Langhe Doc Bianco is produced with 100% Viognier grapes, a historic vine that has its origins in the Rhone valley; the Langhe area give us an interpretation of this grape that masterfully combines structure and freshness in a wine of extreme balance.
PRODUCTION AREA
Our Langhe Bianco is produced from young vineyards located in the heart of the Langhe area in loose soils with a prevalence of limestone.
TASTING NOTES
Langhe Bianco presents a straw yellow color; the nose, on the other hand, immediately reveals fruity notes tending to apricot which follow in the mouth, restoring an excellent balance between freshness and structure also responsible for an excellent persistence on the finish.
BEST FOOD PAIRINGS
Langhe Bianco is excellent both as an aperitif and to accompany fish-based dishes and medium-aged cheeses thanks also to its good aging capacity.
