Nascetta is a vine known since the 1800s in Piedmont for its goodness and delicacy; historical documents and oral tradition reveal that the vinification of this grape was once in a sweet version together with other whites grapes of the area such as moscato and favorita. At the end of the 1980s there was a rediscovery of this vine as capable of producing a dry wine of great quality, resistant to oxidation and with an excellent seal over time.
PRODUCTION AREA
Our vineyards for this production are located in the Doglianese area in an area with a prevalence of loose and sandy soil; the harvest takes place manually in 22kg baskets in September.
TASTING NOTES
The Langhe Doc Nascetta has a pale straw yellow colour, the delicate bouquet on the nose evolves into citrus and tropical fruit notes; in the mouth this wine stands out for its sapidity, freshness and good persistence.

The Langhe Doc Nascetta, thanks to its ability to evolve over time, has a versatile nature that makes it suitable both as an aperitif and during a meal. This wine, depending on the temperature at which you choose to serve it, accompanies dishes based on both cooked and raw fish and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
