Nebbiolo d’Alba is a crisp, full-bodied, versatile DOC wine made from Nebbiolo grapes, ideal for drinking in a wide variety of situations. The vineyards for the production of this wine have been carefully selected from among those around the town of Alba, one of the best areas for this wine, along with the Langhe. The harvest is carried out by hand and the grapes are selected to create a product of excellence.
Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in an area which comprises around 25 municipalities in the Langhe. The vineyards are situated between 250 and 400 metres above sea level, in marly-limestone soils of marine origin.
Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC has a colour that varies from ruby red to garnet in a variety of nuances, none of which are ever particularly intense. The bouquet is ethereal, with notes of spices and fruit preserved in spirit. This Nebbiolo is full-bodied and decisive on the palate, although it leaves room in the finish for some delicate and pleasant tannin.

Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC is a very versatile wine that can be drunk with all courses of a meal. It pairs well with charcuterie and cheeses, especially blue and mature types. An excellent wine to accompany any home-cooked menu, even the most important, with risottos, roast meats and lasagne.
